Stylish Worker

I always love how high waist pants did something to my length. For 158cm tall girl like me, high waist pants is a must have items rather than a hipster pants. See, this pants bring me to a professional model look alike, haha!

I've been eyeing a sailor pants lately, and just found out I got them 2 pcs already, one is the flare pants like you see in THAT post, another one is which I wore in this post.
Well, I didn't realize that I choose a similar pants, with the same colour too. Then when my sister ask me why I do this, I keep telling her that this two pants are not the same, female desease attack :D

I also love how this pants give me an extra stylish look during my office hour,
I can easily pair it with any tops I have.

Vintage Lace

I fell in love at first sight when I saw this dress hanging on the rack. I don't think too long and just say "I'll take this." to the shop assistant.
Turns out I've been wearing this dress here and there, because it's really easy to use and don't need to be ironed, haha!
So when I'm in a rush, I just pull out this dress from my closet, put on a belt or scarf for accessories, and I'm ready to go.

My dad, a man who never comment about someone appearance, ask me where I got this dress because he loves seeing me in this simple lace dress.
He said "You look sweet in this dress, it's really pretty, I love it."
I'm a bit shock while my dad said it to me, because he really really never comment about my appearance, what I wear, what I buy, etc.

Mesh and Maxi

I've been eyeing a mesh long sleeves top and found a perfect one for me from Pomelo.
Trying out this tops and paired it with a bralette to show quite much skins, I added a red maxi skirt to make it ready for an evening glam outfit.

I got this little red skirt from Love and Flair, seriously this two fashion webstore has stole my heart whenever I browse through it. When Pomelo is a bit boyish yet chic, Love and Flair give a touch of feminist look. What a great combo!

Valentine's Day 2017

Something pink for February? Well, I rarely wear any pink color in my outfit, don't know why I feel less confident when I wear pink. Maybe because I always dress up boyish all the time, but people changes right? Believe it or not, my bf ask me to be a bit more feminin, maybe because I'm too boyish for him xD

Since this blush color is so into fashion lately, I'm curious and want to dress up a bit more feminin.
I choose this skirt for the highlight of my outfit. I love each flowers that neatly sewn by Catherine Soepadhi, think I will wear this more often. Any thought, peeps?

Xiang Fu Hai Chinese Cuisine at Vasa Hotel Surabaya

Trying the new modern Cantonese Cuisine in town, Xiang Fu Hai Restaurant at Vasa Hotel Surabaya few weeks ago with  my girls, and I love the taste!
I personally love chinese food so much, if I don't know what to eat, chinese food will always be my choice.
Dim sum, noodles, sweet & sour taste are my favourites.

Around end of January, Vasa Hotel Surabaya invited me and some friends to attend their media gathering and food testing. There we were greeted by several people who contributed behind Vasa Hotel, and they treat us with delicious lunch.

A litlle information about Xiang Fu Hai, besides the main restaurant, they have 5 VIP room which can accommodate different amount of people. It can be a room for 10, or 30, you can request it.

The chef itself is from Malaysia, and he has been experienced in cooking cantonese food for about 15 years, no wonder his cook is really melt in one's mouth.

Above is the first menu. Not like fish soup in general, this was one of my favourite.
It tasted a bit sour and spicy, perfect combo in my mouth!
I think this soup is one of the "must try" menu when you eat at Xiang Fu Hai, no kidding.

The last menu is the highlight of the lunch, the first Standing Chicken in Surabaya by Xiang Fu Hai.
Well, the ancient recipes does exist. The seasoning was really good, and what I love is, no insipidity in the flesh.
Seems like the seasoning is seep into the meat, soooo good.
